Blair Graninger

Blair purchased Kitchens by Connie in September of 2003 after years of partnering with the business’ founder, Connie Hall. Blair, along with husband Andrew, has poured her creative inspiration and personable character into the company, causing it to continue to grow and establish a worthy reputation. Blair, Andrew, and daughter Annie reside in Penhook.

Andrew Graninger

Andrew joined Kitchens by Connie in 2004. As the business’ operations manager, he oversees receiving, deliveries, and assists with every other task involved in the day-to-day business.

Stefanie Deel

Stefanie has been a part of the Kitchens by Connie operation for almost as long as the company has existed. Stefanie is our Lead Designer, creating designs, showroom displays, and establishing pricing. Stefanie earned an Interior Design degree from Radford University. She lives in Bedford County with her husband and three daughters.
